Dazzi's Necklace is a key item.
Acquisition
It's a tier 22 Technology item and requires 2 points to unlock after catching a Dazzi. It is crafted in the Pal Gear Workbench.
Usage
It is used to unlock Dazzi's Partner Skill, Lady of Lightning.
If a player is carrying a full party of Dazzis, only one of these is actually needed to have all five out at once; crafting five separate necklaces for each one is not required.
