The Forest Region is the region that represents the central core of islands in Palpagos.

Environment

The environment of this region is generally a temperate forest with a few exceptions.

Ancient Ritual Site (with Sealead Realm of Spirits in the middle)
Bamboo Groves are an island that is predominantly a Bamboo forest.
Crescent Moon Shore (Temperature: Stable 0 at day and night)
Deep Bamboo Thicket (Temperature: Cold 1 at day)
Frostbound Mountains are on the north side of the Verdant Brook Island. The Free Pal Alliance tower can be found here.
Gobfin's Turf - is a region of the Verdant Brook that is filled with numerous Gobfins. (Temperature: Stable 0 at day and night)
Scars of War
Twilight Dunes is a small desert on the north shore of the Bamboo Groves Island.
Verdant Brook is likely the most diverse region in the game. It features several unique areas.

The Forest Region is home to many mid-game pals. Most pals are between level 10 and 30.

This region's boss is Lily who is located in the Free Pal Alliance tower in the Frostbound Mountains.
