What's this, a new face? Marcus controls this region. I'm guessing you knew that before you came.
Don't think you can have your run of the place just because you're a traveler.

Just make sure you mind your P's and Q's. It's not rocket science.
We swear allegiance to Marcus, and the PIDF protects us. Simple as that.

Whenever you speak to them thereafter:

No sir! Nothing to report!
Oh, it's just you... Don't startle me like that.
