Pal Surgery Table is a Pal training structure used to modify certain intrinsic properties of Pals, including gender and selectable Passive Skills. These changes are performed using consumable or unlockable surgical items.

Usage

Function

The Pal Surgery Table enables advanced Pal modification through two primary functions:

  • Gender Change
    • A Pal’s gender can be changed using a Pal Reverser. This item is consumed on use. Pal Reversers can be obtained from salvage, treasure chests, or purchased from bounty and arena traders.
  • Passive Skill Implantation
    • Certain Passive Skills can be implanted into a Pal using implants. Some passive skills are available by default, while others must be unlocked through implants. Implants are **not consumed** when used, meaning each implant only needs to be obtained once to permanently unlock that skill for future use at the Surgery Table.

Changes made at the Pal Surgery Table are permanent unless modified again using additional items.

Placement

This structure must be placed within a Palbox base area. As it performs irreversible or semi-permanent modifications, it is often placed separately from routine Pal workflows.
