The feathers of this Pal have all but disappeared, and it can no longer fly. Yet its longing for the sky has turned to jealousy- so it harnessed electricity to strike down those who still soar.

Appearance

Pengullet is a small, black, penguin-like Pal. Its wing & crest tips are yellow, it's torso is white, & it has a red marking on its upper chest.

Behavior

It is usually neutral toward the Player but will fight back if engaged. It a pal that can be captured via fishing at the Isle of Decayed Treasures.
