Predator Pals

Predator Pals are extremely strong Pals that must be defeated to obtain Predator Cores and Giant Pal Souls. Like Alpha Pals, they are stronger than Pals at similar levels, and display a health bar when encountered. However, Predator Pals do not drop Ancient Civilization Parts or grant Ancient Technology Points when killed, nor do they have an icon on the map. All Predator Pals have the boss title of "Rampaging" and have glowing red eyes and other red accents to distinguish them from regular Alpha Pals.

Predator Pals cannot be captured.

Spawning

Predator Pals have set spawn locations, but are not always present. Normal Pals will often spawn in their place instead. If a Predator Pal has not spawned, moving away from the area to despawn any Pals and then returning will re-roll the Pal spawns.

Predator Pals at each location will respawn at every start of an in-game day.

Behaviour

Predator Pals emit a low-pitched humming sound when nearby. When it prepares a close-range move, it will quickly rush into the target. They do not flinch when taking enough damage.

They have 3 exclusive, Neutral Active Skills:

Predator Surge: Charges red energy to emit a large explosion around it.
Predator Blast: Charges an orb to fire a laser at the target, similar to Pal Blast.
Predator Mark: Fires three high-velocity beams at the target after one another with a red trajectory, similar to Lock-on Laser.

Gives 25x more experience than a regular pal when defeated, making it one of the best ways to gain experience in the game.
