Usage
It requires pals with the 
Cooling trait to work. It processes Wood and Stone to Fiber and Paldium Fragments respectively, and transforms different sizes of Pal Souls, like the Crusher. It also processes Ore, Meteorite Fragments and Pal Spheres to Paldium Fragments.
