Syndicate Grenadier
Syndicate Grenadiers are a type of Human enemies who belong to the 
Rayne Syndicate. There are 3 different types with different stats and drops, depending on whether or not they spawned in an invasion such as raids, or on the Oil Rig. They always carry 
Frag Grenades.

Syndicate Grenadiers are typically found in Syndicate Outposts, where they congregate in sizeable groups. They're armed with Frag Grenades and are able to attack by throwing the grenades at you, generating big explosions once the grenades hit the ground. This can make fighting Syndicate Grenadiers challenging if you're facing a whole group of them at once, but thankfully they do have one major weakness: they're utterly defenseless in close quarters as they have no close-ranged attacks to use against you. Therefore, the best way to defeat a Syndicate Grenadier is to get close to him and keep attacking him with a melee weapon until he dies; although if you have ranged weapons, those can help too.
