Acid Rain is a  Water-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Water Skill Fruit.

Effect

Creates acidic clouds that pour down acid rain on enemies.

Tips

Kind of a niche attack. It does deal a significant amount of damage, but it's a slow attack, and slow to bring out, as the animation is long. When fighting multiple Pals, this can be very useful as it can damage/weaken other Pals that are not actively attacking you or any active fighting Pals. Contrary to rumours, it doesn't inflict Poison.
