Axel and Orserk
Axel Travers (also dubbed "Axel Traverse") is the current leader of the 
Brothers of the Eternal Pyre faction and owner of the electric-dragon Pal 
Orserk as a partner. Axel is located in the 
Tower of the Brothers of the Eternal Pyre at the top of Mount Obsidian in the west.
Appearance
Axel is a fit, boisterous youth of a tan complexion who bears the image of a street performer; his urban attire in particular brings to mind various hip-hop and rap artists in popular media. He has bright blue eyes, black zigzag tattoos on his biceps, and the two-toned hair that peaks out of his knitted cap is crooked, resembling lightning bolts.

Details about Axel in the in-game journals are scarce, yet what he has written hints at a keen interest in either rapping or creating rap lyrics, and combat.

- Axel's placeholder name was "Mysterious rapper" during the game's early development.
- Going by his written rap in his journal, the man is big on battling and is actively looking for powerful opponents to throw down with.
- Axel is arguably the least fleshed out of the five tower bosses, as he doesn't care much for the religious origins of his faction, and his only real motivation for living is that he wants to have a life-or-death struggle with a worthy adversary. His gang is the most straightforward and without a goal, other than being hostile for the sake of it.
