Usage

It has a direct hit and then an AOE attack, and it can be hit from range. It does a multi-hit across the board and hits pretty hard. Besides, usually the first attack with it is going to be an insta-freeze, which will impede the target that you're going after, so you will be able to line up other attacks afterwards.
