Crystal Breath is an 
Ice-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Ice Skill Fruit.
Effect
Enshrouds an enemy in a frigid blast of air, dealing continuous damage.
Tips
A really good one. You're limited in range, but at the same time, you'll be hitting for a decent amount of damage. It can be used often when in rotation, especially useful on 
Felbat with its healing Partner Skill, and it's accurate. The downside is that you're stuck with a slow animation while you're attacking: in this regard, this skill is better than similar attacks because it procs Freeze, which means the target is standing there while you're doing the animation, not opening up to attacks.
