Draconic Breath is a  Dragon-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Dragon Skill Fruit.

Effect

Exhales breath imbued with draconic energy, dealing continuous damage to those in front of it.

Tips

A really good one. You're limited in range, but at the same time, you'll be hitting for a decent amount of damage. It can be used often when in rotation, especially useful on  Felbat with its healing Partner Skill, and it's accurate. The downside is that you're stuck with a slow animation while you're attacking.
