Dragon-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Dragon Skill Fruit.

Usage
The attack is okay because of the frequency in which it can be used, and it doesn't really need to be aimed, you just have to get really close to the target. It's kind of slow in the usages, but the one downfall is the fact that you have to get in so close that you can't really attack from range, and once you hit your target, you're kind of stuck in that position and going to be taking damage.
