Dragon Cannon is a  Dragon-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Dragon Skill Fruit.

Effect

Hurls an energy ball imbued with draconic energy at an enemy.

Tips

It has a very short cooldown, and the animation is extremely quick, so it can be rapid-fired very quickly. It has a bit of an AoE, so accuracy isn't a complete necessity.
