The Forest is the region that represents the central core of islands in Palpagos.

Environment

The environment of this region is generally a temperate forest with a few exceptions.

The Twilight Dunes is a small desert on the north shore of the Bamboo Groves Island.
The Bamboo Groves are an island that is predominantly a Bamboo forest.
Moonless Shore
Verdant Brook is likely the most diverse region in the game. It features several unique areas.
- Unnamed volcanic crack - To the East of the Verdant Brook, there is a volcanic crack that has many fire type pals.
- Gobfin's Turf - is a region of the Verdant Brook that is filled with numerous Gobfins.
- Waterfalls
The Frostbound Mountains are on the north side of the Verdant Brook Island. The Free Pal Alliance tower can be found here.

The Forest is home to many mid-game pals. Most pals are between level 10 and 30.

This region's boss is Lily who is located in the Free Pal Alliance tower in the Frostbound Mountains.
