Iceberg is a 
Ice-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Ice Skill Fruit.
Summons a sharp ice lance under an enemy.
Usage
It's an attack from the ground. It hits not that hard, kind of a weak shot, but it comes back pretty quickly, so it's a quick little spam, but it does take a while with the animation itself to get out of it. Bad against a Pal that's moving a lot, because once you target it, that's where it's going to hit.
