Electric-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Electric Skill Fruit.

Usage
It could be spammed (not that fast, but fairly quickly), especially if rotated with similar attacks. One downside is that it's a very small attack, and you're stuck just as long as you would be using one of the most powerful attacks, but dealing less damage. It's off on the accuracy, it's very pinpoint shot, there's no AOE to it, and it has a long wind-up, so overall a bad choice.
