Reincarnated Guy
The Reincarnated Guy is an unaffiliated human NPC located in South-West Windswept Hills. They appear as an old, grey-haired, mustached man sporting a uniform resembling a police officer. They wear a pair of sunglasses and a jacket that notably has the word PEACE printed on the front and back. When provoked aggressively he wields a handgun as his weapon.
Dialogue
The Reincarnated Guy will greet you by saying:
Don't look at me like that. You trying to say I've done something wrong?
I'm not an officer any more.
I'm not even supposed to be here.
I nearly died after getting hit by a truck while on the job.
When I came to, I was on this island.
When I was sure I was dead, I prayed for a slice of Pizza.
Now I can make Pizza appear in my hand whenever I want. Pretty amazing skill, yeah?
