Rock Lance is a  Ground-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Earth Skill Fruit.

Effect

Generates a sharp rock spear under an enemy.

Tips

It's an attack from the ground. Most damaging Ground element attack in game. It does take a while with the animation itself to get out of it. Bad against a Pal that's moving a lot, because once you target it, that's where it's going to hit. Most level 50 ground pals learn this skill.
