Spark Blast is a  Electric-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Electric Skill Fruit.

Effect

The user releases a lightning ball that expands outward in a forward, circular pattern.

Tips

Kind of a niche attack. It has a wide spread to it and a short cooldown, which means you can proc Electrify on something pretty easily by doing this attack in rapid succession. The animation is a bit long, and the spread means you need to be close to reliably hit.
