Ground-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Earth Skill Fruit.
Digs up a boulder and hurls it at an enemy.
Usage
When it's fired, the stone rolls, and creates damage wherever it's rolling, not just on the initial hit. Still, it's a niche attack, especially considering its long cooldown.
