Function
The Snowman increases the 
Cooling speed of Pals working within the base, allowing cooling-related tasks to be completed more efficiently. Only one Snowman provides this benefit; additional Snowmen have no further effect.
Placement
The Snowman can be placed within a base on valid terrain. It does not provide structural support and does not require power or assigned Pals to function. Its effect applies passively once placed.
