Grass-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Grass Skill Fruit.

Usage
It's a very powerful attack, with a bit of a wind-up. You're standing there for a while, but at range, you're not really worried about that, because you can hit from a very good distance away. One downfall is the really long cooldown, and it's slow to move out of as the animation does take a while to get through. A good attack on a Pal with a cooldown reducing passive.
