Flare Storm is a 
Fire-elemental Active Skill. It can also be taught to Pals via its Fire Skill Fruit.
Effect
Generates two flaming tornadoes on either side before launching them at an enemy.
Tips
It does a lot of damage, and it usually knocks the target up in the air, preventing them from attacking (or at least from moving in the direction they want to be). It's a quick attack, in comparison to other attacks that are heavy hitters, and it has a great accuracy. The range is a bit shorter than others, but still decent. It's also useful when combined with 
Grass skills, due to powering up this skill through their status effects.
