Salad is a consumable ingredient. It requires one to have at least a Cooking Pot to make it.

Usage

Salads are useful as a food for working Pals. Mozzarina Hamburger is not so good because they fill the Pals up for a longer duration - so the 10 min buff wears off before the Pals eat again, during the downtime there is loss in productivity. Salad is <100, so Pals will always eat before the buff wears off and have 100% uptime. The resulting increase in work speed over a longer period of time is about the same, except it's way easier to make 1000 salads compared to 1000 burgers.

Tomatoes and Lettuce (as well as their seeds) can be bought from the Wandering Merchant located in the Duneshelter.
