Flour is an ingredient item which can be produced at a Mill using Wheat. It can be cooked at a Campfire, Cooking Pot, or Electric Kitchen to produce one of several different Food items. Unlike other Ingredients, Flour cannot be consumed to restore Hunger.

It is possible to produce this item without ever having created a Wheat Plantation, through the purchase of Wheat from a Wandering Merchant.
