 Transporting is a Work Suitability. Pals with Transporting are able to pick up dropped items lying on the ground, as well as the Logging Site and Stone Pit, and carry them to suitable containers. Pals with a higher level in Transporting are able to pick up greater amounts of items at a time, but cannot pick up multiple items from different stacks at a time.

Note that Transporting level is independent from the movement speed with which a Pal carries items, it may sometimes be preferable to use lower level Pals if they can cross distances faster than one with a higher level.
