Bellanoir Libero is a tall humanoid Pal whose appearance resembles a witch. Its body has the appearance of a black flowing gown, with a ring of blue eye-like patterns along the waist and a large pinkish-purple flames visible beneath the skirt in place of legs. Each arm has fraying sleeves, ending with three white triangles, forming a shape vaguely resembling a hand. The Pal's left eye has eyelashes and a blue pupil, while the space where the Pal's right eye would be is covered by pink hair. There is an antler-like protrusion coming out of the left side of the Pal's forehead, which starts tint and forms a gradient to a light purple at the tip.

Trivia
- Bellanoir Libero is the only Pal subspecies with the same element as its counterpart. However, as a raid boss with low HP, it can change its element at will.
- Bellanoir’s Japanese name might be a blend of “Bella,” “ballet” (a form of theatrical dance), or “ballad” (a slow, sentimental song), and “rouge,” which is French for red.
- With an Attack stat of 150, Bellanoir Libero shares the top spot with Bellanoir for the highest Attack among all Pals.
