Menasting (Japanese: デスティング Deathting) is a

Appearance
Menasting is a scorpion-like pal, characterized by a robust, predominately black shell akin to armor, accented by purple segments, and adorned with blue flames emanating from its back. Its notable features include a sword-like stinger and large pincers. Sporting a predominantly black hue with purple accents, its tail ends in a scythe-shaped stinger.
Behavior and habitat
An Alpha Menasting can be found in a cave at one of the desert areas. The Menasting Alpha is located in the Desiccated Mineshaft, in the southernmost part of the Desert. (493, 79) They are a hostile pal and will attack the player when spotted.
It can be found as an aggressive non-Alpha Pal in the No.2 Wildlife Sanctuary.
Utility
In combat, Menasting is able to increase the player's defense when fighting together and causes Electric-type Pals to drop more items when defeated due to its ability. The Steel Scorpion ability makes it a useful pal for those looking to farm electric organs, leather, and horns from wild pals.
