Utility

Surfent Terra is able to move at decent speeds. His ability reduces 10% off the weight of ore, coal, pure quartz and sulfur (not stone or ingots). After condensing for the first star level, the ability improves to an 11% reduction in weight. 4 star ability reduces weight by 14%.
