Prixter is a Dark / Ground-element Pal. Prixter is a medium-sized, humanoid Pal with scorpion-like features. It has a predominantly purple body with light purple and grey highlights, two large pincers for hands, pointed feet, and a tail with a sharp, bladed stinger.

Behavior and Habitat
Prixter is aggressive and will attack the player on sight. Additionally, as it is a Dark-element Pal, it does not sleep at night.
Prixter can be found in the Northern Rock Field on Sakurajima.
The 
Predator Prixter world boss can be found in the southern reaches of the Desiccated Dunes at 496, 212.
Utility
Prixter is a good combat Pal with a focus on 
Dungeon exploration. Its Partner Skill, Scorpion Sonar, allows it to find the exits of Dungeons, letting players quickly blitz through them.
Prixter also has Lvl 3 
Lumbering as well as Lvl 1 
Gathering and 
Medicine Production. It's one of the better late-game lumbering Pals and is naturally nocturnal, remaining useful until the player manages to obtain 
Celesdir or 
Hartalis.

- Prixter’s design is likely inspired by the Aqrabuamelu (or scorpion man), a mythical creature from Mesopotamia that combines the features of a man and a scorpion.
