The feathers of this Pal have all but disappeared, but sadly, its desire to fly has remained as strong as ever. Even now, it tries to fly again in any way it can.
Pengullet is a small blue penguin-like Pal. Its arms and lower torso are white, and it has a red marking on its upper chest. Unlike the larger Penking or other bird-like Pals, it looks rather unremarkable.

Pengullet is able to build, craft, assemble in a factory line, and water plants.
Pengullets were shown stacked above each other to pass up wood in construction. This, however, was shown in early development videos only, so it might not be a final feature.
The name “Pengullet” is a blend of “penguin” and “bullet.” Similarly, the Japanese name “Pentama” likely comes from the English word “penguin” and the Japanese word “tama” (meaning bullet). This naming might hint at Pengullet’s partner skill, where it is launched from a rocket launcher.
Its Partner Skill, where it is used as an explosive projectile, might reference the Prinnies from the ‘‘Disgaea’’ series.
