Pengullet (Japanese: ぺンタマ Pentama) is a Water icon.png  Water / Ice icon.png  Ice element Pal.

Appearance

Pengullet is a small blue penguin-like Pal. Its arms and lower torso are white, and it has a red marking on its upper chest. Its eyes are very simple and have a black and blue gradient, making it seem like Pengullet is tearing up, and it possesses a small tuft of feathers on its head, which it's Paldeck entry implies to be the only feathers it has. Unlike the larger Penking or other bird-like Pals, it looks rather unremarkable.

Behavior and habitat

Wild Pengullet can be found roaming near bodies of water. Normally Pengullet are non-hostile towards the player, only retaliating when attacked.

Pengullet is able to build, craft, assemble in a factory line, and water plants.

Pengullets were shown stacked above each other to pass up wood in construction. This, however, was shown in early development videos only, so it might not be a final feature.

    • Pengullet's name may also be a reference to the American magician, Penn Jillette.
    • Pengullet's name being a combination of 'Penguin' and 'Bullet' could be a reference to Pengullet's partner skill, where Pengullet is shot out of a rocket launcher.
  • Its Partner Skill having it being used as an explosive projectile may be a reference to the Prinnies of the Disgaea series.
