Neutral element Pal.
Appearance
Lovander is a tall, three-fingered, three-toed, anthropomorphic salamander-like Pal, with a predominately pink palette. It has a hot pink heart shaped patch of fur across it's chest with another heart covering it's nether region. It appears to be wearing a hot pink veil, two scrunchies over its wrists, and a pair of "coat tails" for lack of a better term.
Behavior and habitat
Lovanders are aggressive nocturnal Pals that will attack the player on sight. Lovanders appear during the night in Twilight Dunes and Desiccated Desert of the Palpagos Islands. They can be encountered as an Alpha Pal inside Volcanic Cavern dungeons. They may be randomly encountered during the "Bandwagon Fan Girls" raids.
Utility
Lovander provides the Heart Drain Partner Skill effect while it is the active Pal in the Player's party, similar to 
Felbat's Life Steal. The healing effect is maxed out at 6% of Lovander and the Player's damage converted into health when 4 starred. High damage pellet weapons like Shotguns provide the most healing in one attack.
Wild Lovander are guaranteed to have the Abnormal passive skill.
Despite not being a Dark Pal, Lovander does not sleep at night when assigned to the base and will continue to perform tasks.

Trivia
- Lovander Paldeck Entry No.069, is an adult joke.
- The name Lovander seems to combine the words “Love” and “Salamander”.
- Lovander is the only non Dark Pal that is active at night. It appears only after dark, doesn’t require sleep, and remains productive in Bases.
- Lovander might drop a cake, which could be a nod to the slang use of “cake” for “booty,” hinting at the Pal’s behavior. Also, cake is needed for breeding Pals, further alluding to Lovander’s “mischief.”
- Lovander is one of several Pals that does not have a gender ratio of 1-to-1 Male to Female. Lovander has a 30% chance to spawn as a male and a 70% chance to spawn as a female; this is in contrast with most other Pals, which have an equal chance to spawn with either gender. It shares this trait with Mozzarina, Beegarde, Elizabee, Dazzi, Kingpaca, Kingpaca Cryst, Warsect, Lyleen and Lyleen Noct.
